The program is primarily lead by coach William Ha CSCS who earned his BS Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach.   William is a certified strength and conditioning coach who has been in the fitness industry since 2006. Over the course of his career he has competed in numerous power lifting competitions, placing 1st in the 90kg weight class. William specializes on demonstrating correct, efficient and injury preventative movement patterns utilizing a host of specific barbell movements and specialized strength training equipment. These programs are paired with conditioning exercises to optimize body composition and increase fat loss, while increasing overall endurance and cardiovascular function.
